I tend to be open to new experiences, creative, intellectual, and enjoy trying new things. When it comes to politics, they tend to lean toward the liberal side. Wisdom, diversity, and fine arts are all important to them. When it comes to lifestyle, high scorers tend to be sophisticated, and relatively well off financially. After a hard day of work, if they're not listening to music or reading a book, they enjoy documentary films, independent, classic, or foreign films.

I tend to be sociable, forgiving, happy, reliable, and athletic. When it comes to morals and values, they tend be conservative, and consider family, salvation, and discipline important life values. On those days when the cable's on the fritz, they enjoy reading fashion or sports magazines, and watching a major motion picture, musical, western movie, or comedy movie.

to all those out there, who have just recently received your PSLE marks, if you read this, i just want to say something...

some of you did well --- good job! and when you go to secondary school, dont slack too much in sec 1, like i did... it may seem like you could breeze through sec 1, yes, it is less stressful compared to P6, but... sec 1, is a very important year, you still have to concentrate on your studies it will show you the difference between primary school and secondary school. it is a whole lot of a difference. english for example... your exam is actually made up of composition and comprehension only... comprehension is difficult a way higher standard from primary school. if you make it into the special stream [higher mother toungue] the examination has nothing but comprehensions in it [though there is one cloze passage-like thing... ya, thats for languages

you also get extra subjects - geography, history, literature, home economics, design and technology

i dont know about home economics and design and technology because i took MEP which takes place of home ec. and DnT... so you could ask older siblings or other people... Geography is interesting [to me] and history is a very wierd subject... you really have to be paying lots of attention to your teachers during these lessons, or you'll really get lost... i didnt exactly enjoy my literature lessons, coz its kinda tough on your brain... you have to really understand what the story is trying to tell you and understand how each character feels... and im not one who thinks much... frankly speaking...haha...


now... some of you didnt do too well... and i know you might be feeling sad, or dissappointed with your results, but dont be too sad, its not the end of the world... just work harder, and sooner or later, you will see, that the hard work will pay off... basically, just listen during your lessons, to what your teacher has to say... and that will actually help you alot when it comes to examinations... When i received my PSLE marks, i had a very mixed up feeling about it... i was glad i didnt fail, and yet, wasnt very happy, many cried, many were elated, and i was just sitting there, thinking... i didnt know what to think... i sincerely hope that you all did well... and be able to adapt to your secondary school of your choice happily, and without any problems... if you have any friends who have just gotten back the PSLE marks, and arent too happy about it, or would like to know more about secondary school life, feel free to tell them about this blog... and post your comments about it [too all my secondary school friends out there, i was bored to death, thats why i did this... have fun!]

7am - woke up to get ready for band
7.30am - left the house
somewhere around 8am - reached school
8.30am? - band started?

band today was quite like a wake-up call for me... what ms sia said... it jolted me out of what i have been thinking of band... before, i thought that band was just another CCA, have fun! kinda thing... now i know, in our school band, its not just about having fun, we really have to practise HARD and work HARD. we've slacked so much, compared to our seniors standards, i feel so bad... we played Persis Overture, and stopped like every few bars... we really have to work DOUBLE hard to be able to reachieve the standards that our seniors set... jia1you2!!!

12.30pm? - dismissed from band?
12.45pm - reached home
then i stayed at home, bored to tears... gosh, i must be really bored... oh ya

around 6pm somewhere - left house to go to Siglap Park connector
siglap park connector, quite a nice place, windy [cold] it rained and we were trapped for about 30mins, [luckily we had food, and water {thank God for Uno and Yam biscuits}] and after that my little bro and sis were like playing in a sandbox [okay, now imagine sand + water = MUD!!!] so they were throwing the water out of the sandbox... and so... ya, they got sand stuck in their shoes... EWWW! okay... and when they were done playing with the mud, we continued walking, till we reached East Coast Park where my little bro and sis played with wet sand AGAIN, and then we went to a nearby McDonald's for dinner... btw, little bro and sis is referring to Davy and Joycelyn not Daniel and Joycelyn... [if you know who i am talking about] ya... so... then we came home larh...

and now im here typing into this computer, which probably doesnt know a thing about what im typing about, like many of you pple out there... it doesnt matter, im just using my blog as reflection anyway... i know my blog is boring, and i wondered, is my life really that boring? now i know. its not that im boring, or that my life is boring, its just that, i dont fancy the idea of telling pple WOOW IM SOOO ANGRY AT SO-AND-SO BECAUSE OF (insert whatever reason here) and making them worry about me. i keep these to myself, and solve my own problems... maybe you should try that, coz you dont want to dig up some archive, and re-read about your problem with so-and-so, and end up getting angry again... i hope we will all be able to learn to accept things as they come, and take on whatever challenge is shoved at them, and to be strong, and NEVER GIVE UP! all the best in your future endeavours, with a new year, new challenges come... take them on, and never ever ever ever ever give up...
